Diversity & Inclusion

The ultimate GOAL and even KEY ELEMENT  to successful  for profit and non-profit businesses is D&I.
Diversity and Inclusion:   All people, regardless of their abilities, disabilities, health condition or needs, ethnicity, race or gender, having the right to be respected and appreciated through engagement as valued members of circles in which they live, work and socialize.

D&I from a marketing communications perspective is relative to DIFFERENCE & IMPACT. This is actualized through demonstration of your Difference (how you are unique) and Impact (the difference you make!).
